I purchased my house in September, 2001. Its a basic Cape Code style house on a 60' x 100' lot. I've done quite a bit of work on it since I moved in and I've tried to document most of that work here.
I installed a new brick patio in my back yard. Here are a few photos of the yard before the installation with the original concrete patio. You can see that it was cracked badly from frost heave and covered with driveway sealer. It also had two concrete walkways that started at the patio and terminated in the middle of the yard.
I refinished my basement to include a bar and a theater. I did 90% of the work myself and the project took me about three years (part time, of course). More..
